Hello, I’m Melissa – Miss Pop-Ins

I’m a Redlands local and Cat-Mum to my pair of Senior Cats, Oliver and Twistie.

I offer a premium pet care & personal concierge services which give my clients peace of mind that when they’re away from home, their pets or property are in safe hands.

I established Miss Pop-Ins in March 2016 and am proud to be a local business in Redland City (Queensland Australia).  Miss Pop-Ins also provides service to Brisbane Bayside and South Eastern suburbs.  Other areas of South East Queensland (Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast) may be available upon request.

My business model evolved from my own life experiences of traveling regularly for business and pleasure over the last 20+ years’ of working as a Corporate Safety Manager and professional Safety Consultant.

  • I understand the effort it takes to maintain a home or organise care for pets when travelling around Australia or internationally, on business and for pleasure.
  • I’ve experienced the concerns and the challenges you face when travelling and the stress of moving your pets in and out of boarding facilities.
  • I know the negotiations and hidden tolls that can be involved when arranging family, friends or neighbours to look after your pets.

My premium pet sitting, and personal concierge services are tailored to give you peace of mind so you can relax, get away from it all and enjoy your holiday.  When traveling for business, you can be present in the moment and do your best work without distractions from home.  You shouldn’t need to worry about your pets and property.

As your Pet & Personal Concierge, I have the maturity, life experience and capabilities to cope with the unexpected things that can happen at home when you’re away.  I’ve handled situations from pet emergencies, suspected break-ins, storm damage, power blackouts and major home appliance failures.

Utilising my safety & exposure reduction background, I have processes in place to ensure I am prepared to react and act on your behalf if a situation arises.  Ensuring the safety of your pets is a core value and I use emergency processes to ensure that your pet is never forgotten or left unattended in the event of illness or injury happening to me or one of my Contractors.

Miss Pop-Ins is not just for pets.

As your Personal Concierge, I can be the extra pair of hands that saves you time and helps you turn your to-do list into TA-DA list.

Miss Pop-Ins is a registered business, with regular Police Checks available for myself and my approved Contractors, and I carry public liability insurance.
